I loved that we were close enough to walk to a concert at Cat's Cradle and enjoyed some tasty tacos from a nearby food truck at midnight! With a nice pool to relax by and comfy spots to hang out, it was just perfect for unwinding. One little thing to note was that the shower could use some attention, but overall, we had a fantastic time! 🎉

I recently celebrated a wedding in chapel hill and stayed here. The hospitality exceeded my expectations, with a very clean room and friendly staff. The breakfast options were a good start to the day, especially those chocolate chip cookies!

We had a nice 3-night stay. The room was super spacious and clean. The staff were really friendly. I loved how comfortable the bed was! Just wish the breakfast options had less plastic waste. Everything else was chill and I felt well taken care of.

excellent location with room for improvement
The location offered easy access to Franklin Street and the UNC campus, making it convenient for our outings. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we appreciated having plenty of fluffy towels available during our stay.
Elevator in parking garage not working, causing inconvenience for guests.

We loved how close this hotel is to Cat's Cradle. it was a breeze walking over for the concert. The room was spacious for our family, and the staff made sure our breakfast area was well-stocked and tidy. Traveling with our non-service dog added to the fun.
In my wife’s opinion, a better breakfast selection would be a plus.

Had an awesome time with my friends! We enjoyed great access to local spots, including concerts at Cat's Cradle and DSI Comedy Theater. The rooms were clean, and the breakfast was a hit. It really felt like a perfect getaway. Just a heads up, parking isn't the easiest at night, so plan accordingly!

The location is great, close to various restaurants and shops. The room was clean, and parking was convenient. However, staff responsiveness could be improved as I experienced some delays during check-in, which impacted my overall experience. Breakfast options also left room for improvement, as I found them to be somewhat lacking.

missingWrote a review on Mar 05great locationinviting atmosphereunexpected fees
The location offers easy access to local spots, with restaurants and shops nearby, providing plenty of options for a variety of tastes. The lobby’s inviting atmosphere makes it a great spot to gather, especially for families looking to unwind after a day of exploring.
I was hit by surprise parking fees at $20 per night, which felt a bit excessive considering the overall rate. The room lacked a refrigerator or microwave, which is usually standard in many hotels, making late-night snacks inconvenient. Maintenance issues were apparent with a poorly designed shower, as water tended to spill onto the floor, which was aggravating with no cleaning service unless specifically requested. Bedding comfort was another letdown—the mattress felt quite firm and unyielding, far from relaxing after a long day, and there wasn’t a safe in the room to secure valuables.
